Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

Personal care goods (cosmetics, beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
International Orders (including the EU)
If items are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Consumer Guarantees – Australia
This return policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund in the case of a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
