SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Some products are available exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy.
We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or phone monitor's display of colors will be perfectly accurate. Images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in color or shape may occur.
Product descriptions, prices, shipping charges, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Shipping and Product Origin Our products are shipped from our warehouse in China. The average delivery time to France is estimated between 8 and 13 business days, depending on the carrier, the final destination, and any customs processing delays. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly in the event of customs inspections or exceptional circumstances.
VAT, customs duties and import fees The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of import VAT and customs clearance fees. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or the competent authorities in the country of delivery.
When products are imported into a European Union country, the carrier may apply special regulations for postal and courier services, involving the collection of VAT and administrative fees directly from the recipient. In this case, the customer is responsible for paying the local VAT, as well as any processing fees applied by the delivery service (for example: customs declaration fees, VAT collection or other administrative fees).
The seller is not responsible for the payment of these fees in the customer's country, nor for delays caused by their non-payment.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current European Union legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a justification or pay a penalty. To do so, please contact us by email at support@siolite.com and clearly inform us of your decision. You can use a withdrawal form or submit your request in writing.
Returned products must be sent in their original condition, with all accessories and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order. Once the return is approved, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items, nor to sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if their packaging has been unsealed after delivery.
SECTION 7 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
All items sold on our site are covered by the legal guarantees provided for by European law, automatically applicable to the consumer:
- Legal guarantee of conformity: Valid for 2 years from the date of receipt of the product. If the product does not conform to the description, has a defect or is not suitable for normal use, you can request its repair, replacement or refund.
- Warranty against hidden defects : If a defect not apparent at the time of purchase renders the product unusable or significantly reduces its use, you can also benefit from a specific warranty, within 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

SECTION 8 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order information, including your contact information, shipping address, email address, and billing information. Any errors or omissions may result in a delay or failure to deliver.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, or prior dispute. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will contact you by email at the address provided at the time the order was placed.
You are responsible for updating your account information to ensure the smooth completion of the transaction and receipt of your order.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 18 – TERMINATION
The contractual obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.
SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service and any policies or rules posted on this Site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior communications, proposals, or agreements.
SECTION 20 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a complaint, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
If no agreement is reached, you can contact a consumer mediator, in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code.
Disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
